Guest HouseBuilt in 1719, the Old Rectory was divided into two homes in 1957. Bought by Mr and Mrs Cooney in 1982 who started the business of Old Rectory Guest House in 1985. The Old Rectory still has its original staircase and fireplace features and doors. Situated in Staveley in Derbyshire and near to the Trans Penine Trail and Chesterfield Canal walks, in the Staveley Preservation area.Terms and conditions-
All our bookings at the old rectory guesthouse are subject to these terms and conditions.
No pets-
No smoking in the guesthouse.
Vehicles and contents are parked entirely at owner’s risk.
All damage to guesthouse property, including bedding- towels and carpets, however caused must be paid for.
Lost keys- new locks and replacement key will be required.
Deposits- all deposits will be charged even if booking is cancelled.
Full stay will be charged for no- shows.
Once booking is charged there are no refunds as rooms are booked out from start of booking day.
Inappropriate behaviour – guests will be asked to leave for causing distress to other guests or staff and the room will still be charged.
Registration- all guests must be registered to comply with fire regulations.
Normal checking in time 2 pm
Normal checking out time 10 am
We reserve the right to charge your card for any damage / loss of keys, smoking damages even if discovered after you have checked out.
£200 cleaning or replacement fee applies
