'Studio/Suite' Details

• This luxurious and spacious Studio/Suite offers unique flexible accommodation with facilities tailored to suit many requirements; it is currently unique within the UK hospitality industry.
  The accommodation is available as:
  (1) A Suite as serviced guest accommodation.
  (2) A self contained self catering studio unit .
  (3) As 1 or 2 but with full mobility set-up and use of continuous ceiling track hoist. (Supplement applies for mobility usage)
  
  The room is split by archway to separate the lounge dining area and bathroom from the sleeping area. The palatial sized bathroom spurs from the lounge diner and has been designed to suit ‘everyone’ it benefits from a ground level power shower with open access, a cantilever wash basin and also a projected toilet, all are accessible by a Westholme continuous ceiling track hoist from the sleeping area.
  The unit is self contained with paved private access of 1/100 gradient (negligible) of 20metres to the rear entrance of the unit. The rear entrance opens out to a decked patio with seating & dining area where you can eat al-fresco duriung the summer months whilst taking in the far reaching views of Pennine Yorkshire.
